Brand new restaurant MAZA brings a polished take on Greek dining to Mayfair and it’s already a firm Sauce favourite (I’m a little bit obsessed with the flatbread and lemon powder tarama). Dinners here are candlelit and the menu’s for sharing. There’s a broad selection with fantastic flavour throughout – breads, salads, crudo, skewers, pasta – all executed well, with enough variety to justify a return visit. Best approached with a group and a willingness to order widely.
